Deborah Hauser, Senné Residential’s New Executive Director

BOSTON, MA  —  Magna’s Executive Search division is pleased to congratulate Deborah Hauser on her recent appointment as the Executive Director for Senné Residential, a hyper-growth Boston-based real estate brokerage with ambitious US-wide expansion plans in the coming years.

Deborah has nearly 20 years of residential real estate experience, including executive management at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty as the COO. She has been a successful people manager of brokers and administrators throughout her career, first on the office level, then regionally and now company wide. Under her tenure, Daniel Gale SIR grew from 14 to 25 offices (850 agents).

Deborah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She also taken a number of executive type courses, including a 12 month intensive course with Realogy known as Ascend. This executive management course was created to help craft future leaders within Realogy brands and included financial analysis and forecasting, leading self and others in a sales corporation.

Kati Dahm, Astra’s New Vice President of Communications

ALAMEDA, CA  —  Magna’s Executive Search division is pleased to congratulate Kati Dahm on her recent appointment as the VP of Communications for Astra, a hyper-growth satellite launch venture.

Kati Dahm has years of experience in communications and marketing that range from established, publicly-traded enterprises such as Cisco, to small scrappy early-stage startups like NIO once was that eventually went through an IPO during her tenure in 2018, and most recently with People.ai which is a Series C SaaS startup. She has worked in both B2B and B2C industries, establishing and maintaining brand awareness through strategic communications initiatives by focusing on the outcome these exciting technologies are able to provide. Kati describes herself as a builder: She enjoys building programs from the ground up and has held management or head of department roles for the majority of the past decade in various leadership capacities.

The opportunity that Astra presents is the green field (or open space) that inspires her to craft a brand new narrative and way for people to experience it. Kati’s work is driven by the audiences she is trying to reach. She likes to put herself in the shoes of each audience and imagine how she would best consume a message, whether it is through social, a blog, or a video. Kati believes in being a strategic advisor to the business, with a comprehensive understanding of what is on the mind of the audiences.

Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Tulane University, and with such an exciting chapter in her career we could not be more pleased to follow her journey.

He joins Robroy from Russell Finex, where he worked for almost 9 years and is leaving his position as the National Sales Manager. Over the past decade, he has been focused on selling and leading sales teams in providing highly technical process equipment primarily to the food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Martyn’s experience with mechanical channels is primarily surrounding valves, connections, and fittings in relation to connecting multiple components within a process line. He’s been involved in many new product launches that required intensive market research to ensure that the appropriate sales strategy is implemented to reach and generate interest with a specific target market. Martyn’s educational background included a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.S.) and a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) from Pfeiffer University.

Mark Stahura, Forum Communications’ New Product Owner

Mark Stahura has more than a decade of Product Owner experience in the media, publishing and broadcasting space having worked with 1517 Media and Augsburg Fortress Publishers throughout most of his career. He joins Forum coming from 1517 Media, where he was a Sr. Product Owner for 6 subscription software products and 5 e-commerce sites. Having founded the Business Intelligence unit at 1517, he is adept at finding, analyzing, and using data to make informed decisions. Throughout his career, Mark has been instrumental in multiple product and site launches as well as the ongoing management of project Road Maps, Backlogs and other product lifecycle activities for these properties. He has extensive experience documenting requirements, personas, and user stories, and he has experience in personally creating wireframes that demonstrate the organization of information and functions of products so both stakeholders and developers can easily remain in lockstep throughout a project’s lifecycle. Though he is not a developer, Mark has an innate ability to understand how a system ‘thinks,’ enabling him to see consequences of a decision and lead the decision-making process to the healthiest conclusion.

Mark’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree (B.A, Music), Master’s degree (M.A) and a PhD (Music History and Theory). Additionally, he is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

BOULDER, CO  —  The Magna team is extremely pleased to congratulate Ami Patel on her recent appointment as their newest Simulation Modeling Engineer for Outrider, a rapid-growth company specializing in self-driving yard truck automation in the logistics sector.

Prior to Outrider, Ami Patel brings over 3 years of progressive industrial engineering and logistics engineering experience with UPS. She holds a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Biological and Material Engineering & Chemistry at University of Oklahoma. At UPS, Ami was on the planning team for the implementation of one of the largest automated UPS facilities from inception to completion. The implementation consisted of putting an automated hub together which included staffing plans, equipment needs, yard optimization, network optimization, coming up with new designs for their small sort operation. Prior to executing a new hub operation, she is also heavily involved in putting flow processes in place in efforts to map out the most efficient time in transit for their packages, and she’s also further mapped out the most efficient routes for drivers to get from their origin to destination.

Ami is extremely confident in all aspects of industrial engineering and simulation modeling and can not wait to hit the ground running with her new team at Outrider. We are very exited to follow her journey.

She obtained her Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2017.

Paul has 25 years of ultra-high purity chemical manufacturing experience with electronic chemicals such as liquids, gases, solids, metals, pyrophorics, and unit operations like distillation, mixing, filtration, drying, batch control, containers, cleanrooms, and contamination control. He’s created and managed complex production schedules with dozens of SKUs in 24/7 environments.

Paul has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Berkeley and an MS in Manufacturing Systems from Southern Methodist University. Paul is highly experienced in safety and environmental matters, and in management of change, energy control procedures, contractor management and permits.

He is a proven leader with extensive experience in Warehousing, Inventory Control, Transportation, Budgeting, and Cost Initiatives. He is also well versed in Warehouse Safety, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
