Justine Manaid is a well respected and highly regarded leader with 15 years experience in facilities management and operational leadership. Prior to Eden Housing, she worked at John Stewart (7th largest Affordable Housing Company) for over 14 years in progressive roles, beginning as an Assistant Property Manager and advancing to Regional Manager overseeing 36 reports and over 1,000 affordable housing units plus commercial properties. Her responsibilities included Property Management, Facilities Management, daily maintenance, capital improvement, long-term reserve projects, rehabs, acquisitions, fiscal management, regulatory agreements, tax credit processes, leasing, financial occupancy, and legal matters.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Dominican University of California, an Associate's Degree in Psychiatric Technician from Napa Valley College, a Psychiatric Technician License from BVNPT, and COS, TCS, and REAC Specialist Certificates. She brings a strong passion for education, partnerships, community development and diversification to her new role.
