Gino Flendescu has extensive experience in Quality Management, Supply Chain Development, Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems. His areas of expertise include various QMS: ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, FDA 21CFR Part 820, internal auditing training, monitoring QMS effectiveness, and medical device design to prototype manufacturing. He has experience with Process Validation and Equipment Validations, performing IQ/OQ/PQ Protocols and Reports, FMEA, Traceability Matrix, Process Control Plans, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools to monitor process variation. He has defined quality and engineering requirements for product design, process improvement, CAPA, engineering drawings, and first article inspection reports.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and a Certified Quality Auditor diploma.
