Derek Russell-Kraft joins Kontakt.io as Vice President, General Counsel, following a career advising high-growth technology and healthcare companies on complex legal, regulatory, and corporate matters.
Before Kontakt.io, Derek served as General Counsel at Wellthy and Chief Legal Officer at OWKIN, where he helped navigate corporate, compliance, intellectual property, and international legal matters within innovative healthcare technology businesses. Earlier, he was Senior Counsel, International at Flatiron Health and began his legal career at Linklaters and Debevoise & Plimpton. Derek holds a JD from Columbia Law School, an A.B. from the University of Chicago, and an M2 in International Law from Sciences Po Paris.
