She holds a Dual Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Biological and Material Engineering & Chemistry from University of Oklahoma. At UPS, she served on the planning team for implementing one of the largest automated facilities, handling staffing plans, equipment needs, yard optimization, and network optimization. She designed small sort operation layouts and established flow processes to optimize package transit times and driver routes.
